Deborah is a second generation Ottawa native. She grew up in the east-end and graduated from University of Ottawa with a degree in Sociology and then studied accounting. Deborah started her journey into Real Estate in the eighties working as an accountant for a commercial property management company and a real estate investment company. After having spent so many years crunching numbers, Deborah decided to put her love of real estate and attention to detail to use in a different and exciting way and entered the field of resale real estate.
Deborah believes in volunteering and giving back to her community. She is an active volunteer in the Meals On Wheels program delivering hot nutritious meals to seniors, those convalescing or with mental or physical disabilities. Deborah donates a portion of every sale to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which supports women's shelter and ending violence against women and children; and Deborah sits on the Finance Committee at the Ottawa Real Estate Board.
